Salt


BP is a common misconception that eating too much salt increases. If you think like that then you need to change your thinking. According to the latest research, eating more or less salt is not related to high blood pressure.

Belgium's Leuven University researchers followed 3,681 people for seven years researching claimed. The 2069 and 1499 hypertensive blood pressure were normal.
