Houses

Houses

Hi friends, Today i am talking about unauthorized housing in faridabad. I knew that a small is is a dream of every person. The people who comes from other city want a house most where they work. But there are many people who said they want to make there dreams true. they are selling them property in  faridabad with registry.
They made fun of there dreams to have a house. First of all  now in faridabad registry is closed. Even they are doing registry on agriculture land and than sell them to other  that property to made residential houses. Which is wrong. Houses on this types of land can be broken any time. But now nagar nigam is not doing any thing when they are selling them by forgery. Do`nt they knew when people are selling plots by forgery. Or there eyes r closed because they r getting there share in it. In all this process who is at falt. One who is selling the one who knew about is and still quite, one who is doing registry even then it is not allowed, or the one who is buying without getting any knowledge. And at last end of all this is given below.

Missing

Missing

A countless number of children go missing every year. The category of missing children include a number of problems including abduction or kidnapping of children by family members and by non-family members, run-away children or those forced to run away by family and surrounding circumstances, children who are in a difficult or aggressive environment, trafficked children, and lost children. Because of this wide array of problems it is hard to survey the number of missing children. Often cases are not reported to the police.
Children who go missing may be exploited and abused for various purposes from camel jockeys in the Gulf countries to victims of organ trade and even grotesque cannibalism as reported at Nithari village in Noida. There are also a large number of children who run away from homes after dropping out of school or facing difficulties at home. They usually run away to the glamorous big cities where they fall prey to exploiters and are employed in tea stalls, brothels, beggary, etc. Most of the children come from poorer families who do not have access to police services or whose reports are not taken seriously.
When a child goes missing there no FIR filed as there is no cognizable offence committed. Hence only an entry is made into the General Station Diary at the concerned police office. Information of the missing child is forwards up to the Chief of police as well as locally police officers generate awareness through the media. The police headquarters of each state has a missing person bureau. A database of missing persons is maintained by the Missing Persons Wing at the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) in New Delhi.
We can help them by opening our eyes. Because it is possible that one of the missing person will be around us.

Help them because same can happen to any one.

School fee

School Fee

Schooling is no longer cheap in India. Even before a child is admitted, the chances are that several parents have no choice but to pay admission fees that are supposedly disguised as donations. Some schools now charge as much as Rupees five thousand just for their school brochure and admission application form! and this does not guarantee admission! basically, they are selling you just an application form for the possibility of getting your child admitted to their school. In case you are wondering this is for all parents, even Indian citizens are expected to pay this.
In addition to the application forms, if a child is admitted, parents of school children are expected to pay a registration fee and admission fee. In case you are wondering what these charges amount to! For the 2011 year, School in bhadoli charges 40000 for 3 students. These amounts do not include the schooling fees which is charged separately.
Other school charges in India can be things like, Hostel fee, Transport fee, Books, Stationery and Educational Supplies, Uniforms etc.Parents in India of school children, will tell you that not that they not only pay school fees, but have to shell out money that goes to the school in many other forms. Consider school uniforms that must be purchased from school designated sources only, even ordinary school notebooks that have the school logo have to be paid for instead of the budget notebooks one can buy at the stationary store. There are also other charges like for dresses of activities like dance which school charge 1000 to 1200 per dress after dance dress belong to school. When I look at the annual school fees of Rupees 4,05000 plus a Rupees 50,000 admission fee, I just can't comprehend how middle class families can cope with such expenses for their children. Schooling in India has become a business, big business

Price

Future of middle class family

"The Reserve Bank has to ensure that inflation is brought down to the threshold level and is maintained there," Subbarao told students in London.

His speech made available in advance to media, said that the RBI estimates threshold level of inflation at 4-6 percent and levels above that demanded monetary policy tightening.

The RBI holds a policy meeting next week and is widely expected by analysts to cut interest rates by 25 basis points to 7.50 percent.

India's headline wholesale price index inflation had been above 7 percent from 2009 until January, when it fell to 6.62 percent from a year earlier. It is expected to have eased further to 6.54 percent in February, a Reuters poll showed.

Subbarao, arguably the world's most hawkish central banker, has repeatedly rebuffed government calls for lower interest rates to kickstart growth which is at a decade-low, calling on the government to do its bit via fiscal consolidation.

He said last week that India did not have the fiscal capacity to continue welfare programmes at current levels.

In reply to a question, Subbarao described the recent 2013-2014 budget as "a positive" given its timing ahead of elections next year and India's huge macroeconomic challenges.

"The finance minister delivered a very responsible budget. You can quibble about how that is being achieved... but given the circumstances, I think it's (the budget) very measured and responsible," Subbarao said.

"If he delivers on that, from an RBI perspective, there'll be some softening impact on inflation," he added.

Finance Minister P Chidambaram unveiled a 16 percent surge in spending in the 2013-2014 budget, ahead of 2014 elections but imposed taxes on the rich and large firms to fill the revenue gap and cut the deficit. But most analysts consider his revenue assumptions too optimistic.

"(India's) long-term growth drivers are intact but I also want to say the India growth story is not inevitable. If we don't do the right things we will squander an historic opportunity," the RBI governor said.

They r saying that they r controlling.
Stepping away from the published speech, Subbarao said that speaking from the perspective of emerging markets, currency wars benefited no one while many developing economies suffered from an erosion of competitiveness.
But my question is what about middle class in India 70% people are middle class there income are increasing about 1%. But even if we says that inflation is is growing by 3 to 4% where will they get extra money to buy things. Inflation is not just all they are also giving taxes who were earlier not there. as like entertainment tax and many more. Where will the get money for them. what will happen to there future. because due to government policies a normal middle class family cant save any money for there future. its fine unto they r earning but what will happen after there retirement. Because due to govt policies they wont have any money.
